I'm on the computer a lot. iIt's really easy to forget about water when i'm working online. I have made this helpful desktop background to keep me remembering to drink.
I found a trick that helps me. I fill up a pitcher of water and put it on my desk at work. Then it is right in front of me and I always remember to drink it. I try to drink 2 pitchers a day = 120 oz.
